Creative cooling solutions
An injection mould must consider the cycle time, shrinkage, and warpage of the mould. To achieve a stable cooling performance for moulding parts, cooling channels must efficiently transfer the heat from the mould core. Hence, efficient cooling of the core insert is crucial to utilise the usage of the mould for high volume production of parts.
